
After receiving his Masters degree in Education from the University of Bridgeport, Leonard spent three years serving as a teacher and football coach in the public school system. He later spent time working in the healthcare industry as a consultant providing solutions for hospitals and physician practices to better serve their patients. Those years as an educator, consultant, and coach provided the foundation of the educational approach Leonard now uses with clients to simplify the complexities of insurance and financial planning. Today Leonard utilizes an educational process that is built on the three main pillars of financial stability and prosperity, (liquidity, income, and protection), to help clients plan for and achieve their financial goals and dreams. Leonard lives in Somerset, NJ with his wife Nicole, son Brock, and daughter Cienna. When not working Leonard and his family spend time together at the beach, hiking, and cheering their son on at his football and lacrosse games, and their daughter at her soccer tournaments and track meets. They are active members of Calvary Chapel of Old Bridge and are supporters of The Fellowship of Christian Athletes where both children are involved in student leadership. Leonard attended The University of Connecticut for his undergraduate studies where he achieved Academic All-American status and was a 4-year letter winner as a member of the Huskies football team.

Shawn C. Everett is the President of Wealth Managers. Shawn has been in the financial industry for over 25 years, many of which were spent as a partner in one of New England’s largest independent financial planning firms.
Shawn’s daily responsibilities include getting to know who each client truly is, and searching out present investments that will help meet their needs and financial objectives. Over the years, Shawn has prided himself on focusing his time and his efforts in the ongoing cultivation of client relationships, managing clients’ portfolios, watching the markets, and researching new investment offerings.

She plays a key role in supporting the firm’s holistic financial planning process, working closely with clients and advisors to ensure strategies are implemented with precision, care, and clarity. Outside of the office, Ericka is a devoted mother to her son, Lincoln, and daughter, Ruby—whom she considers her greatest blessing. You’ll often find her on the sidelines watching Lincoln play football while Ruby cheers him on with her cheer team. Ericka enjoys being outdoors, working in her yard, soaking up the sun, and spending time at the beach with her children. Known for her creativity and positive energy, she brings the same warmth and enthusiasm to her work that she brings to her life.
